Welcome to
The Wholeness & Wellness Letters

I’m Debbie Brant — holistic nutritionist, wellness truth-seeker, and someone who’s spent well over a decade trying to make sense of what it really means to feel whole.

I started this work because I needed answers I couldn’t find anywhere else. For years, I did everything “right” — cleaned up my diet, took the supplements, followed the protocols — and I still felt like something was missing.

So I started asking different questions. I stopped assuming that both conventional medicine and mainstream wellness must have all the answers. I researched. I experimented. I paid attention to what my body was actually telling me.

And slowly, I began to understand that wellness isn’t just about what we eat or how we move or which supplements we take. Those things matter, alot actually, but they’re only part of the picture.

There’s something deeper.

I like to call it Wholeness.

Why I’m Here

I’m here because I’ve realized that true wellness includes coming back to ourselves. Learning to trust ourselves and listening to the whispers from our bodies and our souls that we’ve been taught to ignore.

I believe we’re more than a collection of symptoms to be managed. I believe that healing includes getting to know ourselves — learning what helps us thrive, who we are, why we’re here, what we believe in, and how we move in the world. That we’re all souls having a physical experience, and there’s still so much to learn about what that actually means.

This is where I plan to explore all of it — the practical, the physical and the spiritual.

What I Write About

I write about nutrition and real food. What I’ve found to be helpful and what more we may not be aware of that can play a role or that we can try. Topics like nervous system health, sleep, anxiety, and daily rhythms. A few recipes or life hacks thrown in from time to time.

These letters will be far from scientific articles. They’re letters from me sharing my insights and observations. My honest reflections on the things I’ve figured out and the things I’m still exploring.

If you’re ready to go deeper than surface-level wellness advice, I think you’ll feel at home here.

Wishing you your own version of wellness AND wholeness.
